Who we are

This website belongs to Fancy, a website design and development studio. This policy explains what data we collect here and what we do with it, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and equivalent rules where you live.

What we collect

Only what you type in the quote form: name, email, WhatsApp/phone, what you need, budget range, timing and your message, plus the page you sent it from and the date.

We never ask for documents or payment details.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare a proposal and talk about the project. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send newsletters unless you ask.

Where it is stored

Your request reaches our team by email and is backed up on the website server, with no public access. Our email and hosting providers store the data on our behalf, not for their own use.

For how long

While the conversation about the project is active and for up to 2 years after the last contact, as business history. After that, we delete it.

Cookies

The site uses one technical cookie (fancy_nav) only to remember you have already seen the animated intro and show the short one on the next pages. It expires when you close your browser.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (_ga cookies), to understand which pages are visited and where visits come from, and Meta Pixel (_fbp cookie), to measure the results of our ads on Instagram and Facebook. Without your consent, none of these cookies are stored: Google only gets anonymous signals, without cookies, and Meta Pixel is not even loaded.
