The challenge

Casa Figueira is the largest and most ambitious urban planning project in the interior of São Paulo: a planned neighborhood of 1 million m², developed by Iguatemi S.A. in partnership with Fundação FEAC, strategically positioned next to Shopping Iguatemi Campinas. With an estimated VGV of R$ 10 billion,

more than 100 planned residential and commercial towers and 240 thousand m² of green areas, the challenge was to create a digital platform that communicated the grandeur and future vision of the development — a national and international reference in sustainable urbanism, quality of life and architectural innovation.

We incorporated visual elements that translate the scale and sophistication of the project, with immersive interfaces and animations that communicate the new urban centrality that Casa Figueira represents for Campinas and for Brazil.

The first open and

Conceived with the best references in world urbanism, Casa Figueira is the first open, safe, vibrant, healthy and sustainable neighborhood in Brazil. With architectural curation by Iguatemi, 66 urbanized lots and a project signed by architect Margarida Caldeira, the development integrates housing, services, leisure and mobility in a single urban ecosystem — modern, sustainable and connected to global trends of the fifteen-minute city.

Casa Figueira carries the DNA of excellence from Iguatemi and redefines the concept of living in the interior of São Paulo. With AQUA-HQE certification, generous green areas, complete infrastructure and an ecosystem that ranges from schools to community centers, the project was designed to house around 50 thousand inhabitants and transform Campinas into a global reference in urbanism. A new way of thinking about the city — where quality of life, technology and sustainability walk together.

A mobile experience designed to present Casa Figueira in all its magnitude. With smooth navigation and an immersive visual, the user explores the neighborhood masterplan, discovers the first developments such as Avenida 105, and understands the urban vision that will make Campinas an international reference. Responsive design that conveys the scale and sophistication of the largest mixed-use project in the interior of São Paulo.
