The challenge

Casa Figueira is the largest and most ambitious urban development in upstate São Paulo: a 1-million-m² planned neighborhood developed by Iguatemi S.A. in partnership with Fundação FEAC, right next to Shopping Iguatemi Campinas. With an estimated gross sales value (VGV) of R$ 10 billion,

more than 100 planned residential and commercial towers and 240,000 m² of green space, the challenge was to build a website that conveyed the scale and long-term vision of the project — set to become a national and international benchmark in sustainable urbanism, quality of life and architectural innovation.

Brazil's first open,
planned neighborhood

Shaped by the best urban planning references worldwide, Casa Figueira is Brazil's first open, safe, vibrant, healthy and sustainable neighborhood. With architectural curation by Iguatemi, 66 serviced lots and a design by architect Margarida Caldeira, it brings together housing, services, leisure and mobility in a single urban ecosystem, in line with the global “15-minute city” model.

Urban and sustainable
innovation

Casa Figueira carries Iguatemi's DNA of excellence and redefines what living in upstate São Paulo can be. With AQUA-HQE certification, generous green spaces, complete infrastructure and amenities ranging from schools to community centers, the project is designed for around 50,000 residents and aims to make Campinas a global reference in urbanism — a place where quality of life, technology and sustainability go hand in hand.
