The challenge

Iguatemi S.A. is one of the largest full-service companies in the Brazilian shopping center sector, with participation in 14 malls, 2 Premium Outlets and 3 commercial towers, totaling 707 thousand m² of GLA. Pioneer in launching the country's first shopping center in 1966,

the challenge was to translate this heritage of over 50 years into a digital platform worthy of the brand — a national symbol of sophistication, innovation and excellence. It was necessary to create an experience that united the physical universe of the malls with the digital ecosystem, integrating the Iguatemi ONE loyalty program and the Iguatemi 365 marketplace into a fluid and enchanting phygital journey.

Pioneering
in every detail

Iguatemi is an indigenous name meaning "river of dense forest or dark green river" — which became synonymous with innovation and modernity in Brazil. The company launched the concept of food courts, was a pioneer in rational energy consumption practices, the first in the sector listed on the Stock Exchange Novo Mercado and a partner of São Paulo Fashion Week. The website needed to carry all this vanguard essence in every element of the interface.
