Tropicalia is a one-of-a-kind destination created by Cisneros Real Estate on an untouched site of spectacular, diverse natural beauty on Samaná Bay, in the Dominican Republic. The challenge was to turn this grandeur into a digital experience that communicated
the essence of the project: responsible luxury, sustainability and a deep connection with the land and its people. The website had to bring together world-class architecture, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences experience and the Fundación Tropicalia's commitment to the local community.

Deeply connected to the land and its people, Tropicalia was designed to protect the site's diverse ecosystems — beaches, lush forests, mangroves and the crystal-clear waters where humpback whales and leatherback turtles return every year. The website had to reflect this philosophy: elegant, immersive and responsible, appealing to discerning travelers from around the world.
Designed by Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia blends 95 guest rooms and 25 private residences into the natural landscape. The digital project follows the same vision: a non-linear format built on continuous discovery and memories that last for generations.
